Financial Aid FAQ

Is financial aid available? 

Yes, financial aid is available to those who qualify. Along with the registration documents required by the school, you will also need the following to apply for financial aid:

  1. Last two years tax returns and W-2 of the applicant or the applicant’s parents if under 24 years old.
  2. If you are receiving cash aid from the Social Security or Social Services, you need a letter of verification of income.
  3. If you are receiving unemployment benefits, you will need to bring your Notice of Unemployment Insurance Award (Form DE429Z).

Note: Financial aid is only available to students who have a High School diploma, GED, it’s equivalent, or Associates Degree. Higher degrees such as BA, BS, and Masters are not eligible to apply for Financial Aid.

Which programs qualify for financial aid? 

Cosmetology, Esthetician, Advanced Manicuring, Massage Therapy, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Teacher Training programs are eligible for Financial Aid.

How do I apply for financial aid? 

Our admissions representatives will guide you through the process. Please bring the required registration documents, along with the documents specified above.

How long does it take to get my financial aid application approved?

Typically, it takes 1 to 1.5 weeks.

Do I have to pay back any of the financial aid funding?

No, our school only offers Pell grant funding, which does not have to be repaid.

If I apply for financial aid here, am I still eligible to apply for financial aid for college or university?


Can I study 2 different programs at the same time using Pell Grant?

No, you must complete one program first before you begin another program.
