Advance Beauty College is approved for beneficiary use of the following VA education benefits: Chapter 30, Chapter 31, Chapter 33 – Post 9/11 – GI Bill®, Chapter 35 and Chapter 1607

Below are the School Certifying Officials (SCO) that are available to assist with VA Benefits for each campus:

Tiffany Goldman Garden Grove Campus Ph. (714) 530-2131
Alan Gaxiola Laguna Hills Campus Ph. (949) 951-8883

To determine eligibility for benefits, the VA requires that you complete form VA22-1990. Students can also apply online on the VA website You must be accepted and registered before Advance Beauty College can certify your enrollment to the VA Processing Center.

After you have completed and submitted the form online, the Department of Veterans Affairs will send you a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for Educational Benefits. Upon receipt of this notice, new students should send a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility as well as DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge) to the SCO. Students must provide these specific documents to the SCO to ensure timely receipt of their benefits for each academic year, if applicable.

For your convenience, we have provided the VA Certification Checklist to ensure all proper documentation is gathered.
